Service Description

Weather Delay Claim provides automated weather delay claim reports using publicly available NOAA weather data. Our service generates forensic documentation showing day-by-day weather conditions and comparison to historical baselines.

Important Limitations

By using this service, you acknowledge and agree:

  • This service does not provide legal advice
  • Reports are not official weather certifications
  • Reports do not guarantee claim approval
  • Weather data is provided for informational purposes only
  • You are responsible for determining the applicability and sufficiency of this data for your specific claim

Data Accuracy

We use publicly available NOAA weather data and apply standard statistical methods to determine abnormal weather conditions. While we strive for accuracy, weather data may contain gaps, errors, or limitations inherent in the source data.

Payment and Refunds

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Price: $199 USD per report (one-time payment)
  • Reports are delivered digitally and cannot be returned
  • Full refunds are provided in two cases:
    • Non-delivery / Technical Failure: Payment processed but report PDF cannot be generated or delivered due to technical failure
    • Insufficient Station Coverage: No qualifying NOAA GHCN-Daily weather station has adequate baseline data (≥5 years of same-calendar-window observations out of 10 required for statistical analysis). We do not deliver placeholder or incomplete reports—if we cannot produce forensic-quality analysis, we refund in full.

Delivery

Reports are delivered via download link and email within minutes of successful payment. You are responsible for providing a valid email address.

Usage Rights

You may use the generated report for your own construction claim documentation purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or use reports for commercial weather data services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, POWERFUL INSIGHT VENTURES LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of this service, including but not limited to denied claims, legal disputes, or business losses.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which POWERFUL INSIGHT VENTURES LLC is registered.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
